Terms and Conditions

Avanti Rooms act as a booking agent on behalf of all hotels, apartments and villas featured on this website and your contract will be made with these accommodation providers and not Avanti Rooms. Accommodation providers terms and conditions apply and are available on request.

Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully, they apply to all bookings made with Avanti Rooms and each individual member of your party.

Your Contract

When you book accommodation either via the internet or telephone, your booking is confirmed immediately and it is at this time a binding contract comes into existence, email confirmation of your booking will also be sent to you and a voucher will follow once full payment has been taken.

The contract is subject to these booking terms and conditions, all booking conditions will apply to each and every booking made with Avanti Rooms..

Once the contract is made, it is the accommodation providers' responsibility to provide you with what you have booked and it is your responsibility to pay for the accommodation in full before you travel.

All relevant documentation will be sent to you via email, it is important to check carefully all the details of your booking once you receive it. Avanti Rooms will not be responsible for any information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

If you want to cancel or amend your booking later, you may have to pay cancellation or amendment fees; these could be a much as the whole cost of accommodation.

All bookings must be paid for (cleared funds) in full 10 days before departure, failure to pay will result in the accommodation being cancelled and all cancellation charges will apply. Vouchers, depending on the supplier some vouchers are issued as soon as the booking is confirmed while other suppliers will only issue the voucher once payment is received in full. Some of our accommodation providers charge different rates for different nationalities staying at their hotel particularly if you are a citizen of the country in which you wish to stay. In most circumstances this does not apply to an EU resident travelling to a different country within the EU. Please note this does not affect UK or Irish citizens. If you think this may affect your booking, please ask our Customer Service team to confirm your booking will be accepted by the hotel, as resolution once you are abroad will be very difficult.

Unconfirmed Rooms

In some circumstances your booking may not confirm immediately online, if this happens you will receive an automatic message advising of this and you will be contacted within two working days by Avanti Rooms. At this stage no payment will be taken and there is no binding contract in place. If we are unable to confirm your booking with the accommodation provider you will receive email notification of this; if we are able to confirm your booking, you will be contacted; payment will be taken and your accommodation invoice and voucher will shortly follow via email.

Insurance

It is a condition of booking accommodation through Avanti Rooms & Avanti Tickets that you have sufficient travel insurance for your reservation.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in the currency you choose, this being either British Pounds (£), Euros (€) or American Dollars ($) - we reserve the right to change prices at anytime before you book.

Included in the price is:

The accommodation as confirmed to you, plus the board basis you have chosen and paid for.

Self Catering: No meals, however, the room will have kitchen facilities.
Room Only: No meals and no kitchen facilities.
Bed & Breakfast: Continental Breakfast only unless otherwise stated.
Half Board: Breakfast and Evening meal - no drinks.
Full Board: Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal - no drinks.
All Inclusive: Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal, unlimited snacks (as per each individual hotel's service) and also local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks.
All Inclusive Light: Breakfast, lunch and evening meal (as per each individual hotel's service) and also local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during meal times only.


VAT is included in the cost of all accommodation to countries within the EU. This is not reclaimable by VAT registered persons.

Your payment will be handled by our payment provider. If we suspect a fraud, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction for security purposes.

The special offers are subject to availability and supplier.



What's not included in your booking:

The basic accommodation cost does not include: Transfers between airport and accommodation. Excursions and other personal expenditure, unless otherwise stated within the offer on the website. Additional charges for rooms, meals or under-occupancy in apartments that are not stated to be included in your booking. Charges that accommodation establishments or apartments may make for facilities such as cots, parking, minibus services, sun beds, sauna, tennis courts and equipment, porters etc. Deposits requested on arrival by some accommodation establishments. Certain countries have a local tax, known as 'occupation tax', 'tourist tax', 'City tax' or 'resort tax', which must be paid directly by the end user at the accommodation provider or at the airport.

Our Price Guarantee :

Prices on the website do change from time to time; prices can go up as well as down and you will be able to determine your up to date price for your chosen accommodation prior to confirming your booking online.

We guarantee that once you have made your booking, we will not increase the price of your accommodation - this includes any changes to VAT or Government Taxes.

Please note once you have agreed a price and made your booking this is the price you pay. If the price decreases, you are not entitled to the accommodation at the changed rate.

Credit Card Charges :

We make no charge for credit cards or Debit Cards

Minors :

Avanti Rooms will not accept bookings from minors. You must be 18yrs of age or over and have legal capacity. NB For booking in the US, this age is 21 years old.

Child Ages :

Different hotels specify different maximum ages for passengers to be classed as children, though the most common maximum child age is 12. If you are travelling with children, you will be asked to enter the ages of the children travelling with you. The age(s) you enter must be the ages at the time of travel, up to and including the day of departure.

Special Requests :

If you have any special requests that do not form part of the standard accommodation services as described in this website ( for example dietary needs, cots, room location, bed type) please let us know at the time of booking in the additional information space. We will pass on all such requests to the accommodation providers, but unfortunately these can not be guaranteed, these are purely requests. We will not contact you before you travel to inform you whether or not your requests are possible, you will find out upon your arrival at the accommodation. Furthermore if the accommodation provider is unable to meet such requests, neither we nor they can have any liability to you in this respect.

Cancellation Waiver Conditions

If for any reason you decide to cancel your hotel up to two days prior to your check-in, we will pay your cancellation fee.

If you purchased our Cancellation Waiver' when you made your accommodation booking, the following conditions apply:
Protection must be purchased at time of booking
Cancellations must take place 12pm GMT two days prior to your scheduled check-in
The protection is only effective once full payment has been received
The protection is not refundable or transferable
The cancellation protection only covers you for the accommodation cost and excludes card fees, mod fees, cancellation waiver fees and printed tickets fees
The protection does not include travel insurance, transfers, car hire or flights
The protection is only valid for the person named on the voucher
The protection does not cover advance purchase or non refundable room types, these always carry a 100% cancellation fee
Avanti Rooms are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay to any person or property connected with the use of this protection.

If We Change Your Accommodation

Every effort is made to maintain arrangements as confirmed to you, however, as they are planned many months in advance changes may occur for reasons beyond our control.

The accommodation providers reserve the right to change your accommodation to an alternative of the same or superior standard within the same resort.


Occasionally the accommodation providers may have to offer alternative accommodation of a lower standard or within a different resort to the original accommodation booked; in these circumstances compensation may be offered to you by the accommodation providers.

When the accommodation providers are unable to confirm a suitable alternative, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and an email notification will be sent to inform you of the details.

Please note once you have left to take up your accommodation, you have no right to cancel your reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if one or more of the order was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail/letter and re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Number of Nights

The number of nights stated in the price online refers to the number of nights the accommodation has been reserved for you. Some flights may be night flights; when you arrive in resort your accommodation will only be available if you have reserved it for that night.

Our Responsibility to You For Your Booking

As we are acting only as a booking agent we have no liability for any of the accommodation arrangements and in particular any liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising from your stay in the accommodation, must be brought against the owner of the accommodation and will be under the jurisdiction of the law of the country in which the accommodation is based.

Indemnity

When you book accommodation through Avanti Rooms you accept responsibility for any damage to property or accommodation caused by you or a member of your party. The accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate (before or after departure) your holiday or that of any member of your party due to your or their misconduct, within their reasonable opinion. In these circumstances full cancellation charges will then apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore, the accommodation owner shall be under no obligation to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of your accommodation being terminated. You agree to indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) made against us or on behalf of the owner of any such property or accommodation. Finally you are also liable to make a reimbursement to the accommodation provider for any damage caused, before you end your stay.

Complaints Procedure

If you experience problems with your accommodation whilst in resort, please advise the staff at the hotel or apartment in which you are staying. If they fail to resolve your problem, you must call the emergency contact number on your voucher immediately in order to give the accommodation supplier the opportunity to resolve the problem. If the supplier is unable to assist you please call (0044) (0)1942 496330 for assistance. Please note that this is a dedicated in resort line and is reserved solely for the use of customers experiencing problems while abroad.

In the event that the matter was not rectified sufficiently in resort or you are unhappy with the service you have received we want to hear from you. Letting us know your concerns gives us the opportunity to put matters right for you and improve our service to all our customers. In order to do this you need to provide a letter with any supporting evidence (photos, receipts etc.) to

If you incur additional expenses and you feel these should be paid by Avanti Rooms, we will only consider claims when full invoices or receipts for those expenses are produced. If you are required to phone avanti rooms while in resort we will only consider reimbursement for contacting the number given on the accommodation voucher for use in resort, Please note production of these invoices or receipts does not automatically mean we will cover those expenses.

Late Arrivals

Avanti Rooms and the transfer provider will always Endeavour to make sure that your transfer service is provided, even when flights are delayed, or are affected by circumstances outside of your control.

However, please be aware that it is your responsibility to make Avanti Rooms or the transfer provider aware of any delays; it is not always possible to predict and/ or obtain information with regard to such instances. As a result neither Avanti Rooms nor the transfer provider accepts responsibility for missed transfer services due to delayed, postponed, or other problems affecting flights.

In the event a return flight is missed owing to a delay with the transfer service which is out of the transfer provider's control, they will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred nor will compensation be due.

Misbehavior

We reserve the right to terminate without notice the arrangements of any customer whose behavior, in our opinion, is likely to cause annoyance, distress or danger to other customers or any third party. If you are prevented from travelling because you appear to any person in authority to be unfit to travel, or likely to cause discomfort or disturbance to other passengers, our responsibility for your transfer will cease. Full charges will apply and we will be under no obligation to provide a refund, compensation, or any further assistance.

Indemnity

When you book a transfer service through Avanti Rooms you accept responsibility for any damage to the transfer vehicle caused by you or a member of your party.

The transfer provider reserves the right to terminate the service booked or that of any member of your party due to your or their misconduct, within their reasonable opinion.

In these circumstances full cancellation charges will then apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore, the transfer provider shall be under no obligation to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of the service being terminated.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) made against us or on behalf of the transfer provider. Finally you are also liable to make a reimbursement to the transfer provider for any damage caused, before you return home.

Disputes

In the event of any dispute our liability shall not exceed the charge for the transfer service provided. Any litigation will be subject to English Law.

In lines with ABTA code of conduct we will resolve this complaint with 28 days of receipt of the letter. If you incur additional expenses and you feel these should be paid by avanti rooms, we will only consider claims when full invoices or receipts for those expenses are produced. Please note production of these invoices or receipts does not automatically mean we will cover those expenses.

Attraction Terms and Conditions

Avanti Tickets acts as an agent on behalf of attraction ticket providers. Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully, they apply to all bookings made with avanti tickets and each individual member of your party. The following booking conditions together with the general information contained on the website form the basis of your contract with our attraction ticket provider. Please read them carefully as they set out the respective rights and obligations. By asking avanti tickets to confirm your booking, avanti tickets and the attraction ticket provider are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

Please note: The majority of bookings for attraction tickets taken are solely for tickets or vouchers to enable customers to gain entrance/access to particular attractions (for example Disneyland Paris or a theatre performance.) Occasionally bookings are taken for overnight accommodation sold in conjunction with such ticket(s) or voucher(s). If you book overnight accommodation together with such a ticket(s) or voucher(s) via the attraction ticket provider this is known as a "package" booking. The following booking conditions apply to all bookings (including package bookings) except where otherwise expressly stated.

Except where otherwise stated, these booking conditions only apply to leisure arrangements which you book with the attraction ticket provider in the UK and which the attraction ticket provider agrees to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of the contract with you. All references in these booking conditions to "holiday", "booking", "contract", "package", "break", "performance" or "arrangements" mean such leisure arrangements unless otherwise stated.

In these bookings "you" and "your" means all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). "We", "us" and "our" means Attraction World Limited, the attraction ticket provider.

Making your booking

The first named person on the booking (the "party leader") must be authorised to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions by all persons named on the booking and by their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By submitting the booking the party leader confirms that he/she is so authorised. The party leader is responsible for making all payments due. The party leader must be at least 18 when the booking is made.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. If full payment is not received at the time of booking, avanti tickets has the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case, the cancellation charges set out below will be payable. Prices are quoted in the currency you choose. Avanti tickets and the attraction ticket provider reserve the right to change prices at any time before you book.

Website Prices

Please note, changes and errors occasionally occur. You must check the price of your chosen arrangements at the time of booking. The prices on our website change from time to time. Prices can go down as well as up and you will be able to determine your up to date price for your chosen attraction ticket prior to confirming your booking. Subject to the correction of errors however it is guaranteed that once you have made your booking that the price quoted on your booking confirmation will not change (this includes any changes to VAT or Government Taxes), unless you make an amendment to the booking details. Please note once you have agreed a price and made your booking this is the price you pay. If the price decreases, you are not entitled to the attraction tickets at the changed rate.

Credit Card Charges

PlBookings made by credit or debit card may be subject to a charge where applicable.

Issue of Tickets

Your vouchers will be emailed to you shortly after booking (certain exclusions apply). Full instructions will be given with the voucher as to how they should be redeemed.

Force Majeure

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these conditions the attraction ticket provider regret they cannot accept responsibility where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected or you otherwise suffer any loss, damage or expense of any nature as a result of "force majeure". In these booking conditions, "force majeure" means any event which the ticket provider or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.

Conditions of suppliers

Many of the services which make up your arrangements are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you.

Website / advertising material accuracy

The information contained on our website and in our other advertising material is believed correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing or publication. However, errors may occasionally occur and information may subsequently change. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen arrangements (including the price) at the time of booking.

Passports and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct passport and visas to gain entry to any country/attraction (where applicable). Avanti rooms and the attraction ticket provider cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry to any country or attraction etc as a result of your failure to do so.
